Hi, I’m Tony.
I make games and
lead design teams.
I’ve spent nearly 20 years developing games across mobile, PC, and console. Along the
way, I’ve had the opportunity to build and lead teams at Kongregate and Warner Bros.,
taking projects from early development through launch and into live operations.

DC Worlds Collide
Director of Design · Warner Bros.
As Director of Design, I led 26 game and UI/UX designers through production,

TMNT: Mutant Madness
Game Director · Kongregate
TMNT was our studio’s first hero collector RPG, and I was responsible for a team
of more than 25 as Game Director. I helped define the game around its characters,
championed aimed Ultimates and a quest system that gave players clear goals, and
worked directly with Nickelodeon on the Turtles’ presentation.

WORKING WITH ME
What I Bring to a Team
My career started in level design and grew into gameplay, systems design, and leading
teams. I still enjoy working through design problems with other designers. As a
director, I focus on giving the team clear direction and the ownership they need to
make meaningful decisions.
Design Direction
I help teams decide what matters most to the game and turn that into plans they can
build. That includes weighing new ideas, managing design risks, and keeping the player
experience clear as the game grows.
Developing Designers
I work with designers and leads as a sounding board, helping them refine ideas and
build confidence in their decisions. I want them to own their work and know they have
my support.
Live Game Experience
I bring lessons from years of building and supporting live games. I use playtests and
player data alongside the team’s design judgment to understand what’s working, what
needs attention, and what players should look forward to next.
PERSONAL PROJECTS
Other Things I’ve Made
Outside my professional work, I’ve built independent games, multiplayer levels, and
tabletop systems. These projects have given me room to explore ideas and develop
skills I’ve carried into my career.
